Ascendara Design provides strategy, design, engineering, content, and enablement systems as documented in proposals, statements of work, or email approvals.
Successful transformation relies on timely collaboration and accurate information.
Payment terms are documented in the proposal or invoice. Unless noted otherwise, invoices are due within 21 days of issue.
You receive ownership of deliverables upon full payment, excluding pre-existing tools, libraries, or third-party assets used during delivery.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement, limiting use to the purposes outlined in the project agreement.
Ascendara Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific systems giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms to reflect process or legal changes. Significant updates will be noted on this page with a revised date.
